RETURN POLICY

Thank you so much for shopping at Lavendar Boutique. We want our customers to love your shopping experience.  If your items do not meet your expectations, please contact us at shoplavendarboutique@gmail.com.

Merchandise that has been unworn, unaltered and still has the original tags, will be accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY. All jeweled apparel, sale items, accessories, undergarments, and gift cards are FINAL SALE. Holiday purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit up to January 15, 2024.

For online orders, your return window begins the day you receive package. Return shipping costs will NOT be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. Please fill out the enclosed return card along with your invoice for store credit. 

Refunds are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY. A QR code will be emailed to your email on file. It is the customers responsibility to keep that email or copy of QR code to use in store or online for future purchases.

Lavendar recommends that you use an insured carrier for all returns to avoid loss or theft of merchandise.  It is highly recommended that you keep your tracking number in a safe place, in the event you need to locate your package.  Lavendar Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

Purchases are available for curbside pickup if you are local. Please pickup within 7 days. Lavendar will NOT be responsible for shipping when the incorrect method of delivery is chosen during checkout. If you choose curbside, we will only ship package after you have paid the shipping invoice sent to you through email.
